TERMS OF USE FOR FELLAS LOADED

Couple Keys Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the owner and operator of the Fellas Loaded platform available at https://fellasloaded.com/ and all its hosted content (“Fellas Loaded”). These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (“Terms”), govern and apply to all use of Fellas Loaded, including subscriptions. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, accessible here, outline how we handle and protect your personal information.
Please read these Terms carefully before you access, use, or subscribe to Fellas Loaded. By accessing, using, or subscribing to Fellas Loaded, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in legislation, best practice, or new features. Unless otherwise stated, updates take effect when the revised Terms are posted. Continued access or use after updates means you agree to the amended Terms.
USER ELIGIBILITY FOR FELLAS LOADED
1.1. To use Fellas Loaded and subscribe to its services, you must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified.
ACCOUNT CREATION
2.1. To subscribe to Fellas Loaded, you must register and provide certain information, including a password.
2.2. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
2.3. Your password is personal and must not be shared with third parties without our prior written consent.
2.4. If you suspect your password or account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all use of Fellas Loaded made via your account.
2.5. We may refuse account creation, restrict the number of accounts, or impose additional requirements at our discretion.
FELLAS LOADED SUBSCRIPTIONS
3.1. To access the full features of Fellas Loaded, you must register and subscribe. Details about Membership Benefits and pricing are available at https://www.fellasloaded.com and may change from time to time.
3.2. Two subscription options are currently available. A subscription begins when you sign up and submit payment using a valid Payment Method (as defined below).
3.2.1. Monthly subscription: Renews automatically each month, with the monthly fee charged to your Payment Method on or around the date of initial payment. For example, if you subscribe on 5 January, your subscription renews on the 5th of each month.
3.2.2. Annual subscription: Renews automatically each year, with the annual fee charged on or around the anniversary of your initial payment. For example, a subscription purchased on 1 March 2021 renews on 1 March 2022.
PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. You must provide a current, valid, and accepted Payment Method as listed on the Fellas Loaded payment page. We may update accepted Payment Methods from time to time.
4.2. Failure to process payment may result in termination of access, although we are not obliged to do so.
CANCELLING FELLAS LOADED
5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time before it renews by updating your subscription settings within Fellas Loaded, unless we state otherwise.
5.2. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current prepaid period. We do not offer refunds for payments covering active usage during your subscription period if you cancel before monthly or annual renewal.
5.3. Cancelling or terminating your subscription results in loss of access to all Fellas Loaded features and content.
5.4. If you delete your account without cancelling your subscription, automatic payments may continue. You have a 60 day grace period from deletion to notify us of unintended charges. You are responsible for identifying and reporting such charges. Charges older than 60 days are not refundable or reimbursable.
USAGE OF FELLAS LOADED
6.1. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non exclusive, personal, non transferable, and revocable licence to access Fellas Loaded for personal, non commercial use. The licence remains valid while public content is available and paid content remains accessible with an active subscription. No other rights to Fellas Loaded or our intellectual property are granted.
You must not:
6.2.1. Use, copy, transfer, or distribute Fellas Loaded or any part of it
6.2.2. Alter, adapt, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Fellas Loaded
6.2.3. Circumvent technological protection or territorial restrictions
6.2.4. Remove or tamper with copyright, trademark, or other notices
6.2.5. Use Fellas Loaded for illegal, unlawful, or immoral purposes
6.3. Fellas Loaded may contain links to third party websites. These sites are independent, not controlled by us, and not endorsed by us. Your use of such sites is at your discretion.
6.4. You must comply with the terms of any third party provider linked to or integrated with Fellas Loaded, including Vimeo.
PRIZE COMPETITIONS
7.1. Fellas Loaded subscribers may enter prize competitions (“Competitions”) from time to time. Details for each Competition are provided on the Competition Information Page and take precedence in case of conflict. Each monthly Competition will clearly state its opening and closing times, for example 00:00 on the 1st of the month to 23:59 UK time on the final day. Key conditions such as age, residency, and closing dates are displayed alongside the “Enter Now” button.
Eligibility:
7.2.1. You must maintain a valid Fellas Loaded subscription during entry and winner selection
7.2.2. Entry is automatic for active paid subscribers; other users may enter by correctly answering the three skill based questions
7.2.3. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over and physically located in the UK when entering
7.2.4. Entries must be made individually
7.2.5. You must not be connected to Competition administration (employees, affiliates, etc.)
7.2.6. You must meet any additional requirements stated on the Competition Information Page
7.3. You must not enter if you do not meet eligibility requirements.
7.4. No payment is required to enter.
7.5. One entry per subscription per Competition. Duplicate entries are disregarded.
7.6. Entry instructions are provided on the Competition Information Page.
7.7. Additional costs may apply for prizes or benefits supplied via Fellas Loaded.
7.8. Winners are selected based on correct answers to skill based questions. Odds depend on the number of entries. Winners will be notified by email and may need to complete verification. Failure to respond promptly may result in an alternate winner being selected.
7.9. Prizes are supplied by Fellas Studios Ltd and dispatched within 30 days of winner confirmation. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7.10. In person prizes are subject to additional requirements, including age restrictions, expected conduct, and consent to photography or filming.
7.10A. Winners may be required to provide proof of age and identity. Entries generated by automated systems or multiple accounts belonging to the same person may be disqualified.
7.10B. Unless stated otherwise, winners are chosen at random using a computerised draw system.
7.10C. If a winner does not respond within seven days, the prize may be forfeited and offered to an alternate entrant.
7.11. We may disqualify entries for rule breaches, inaccurate information, fraud, dishonesty, or conduct that harms our reputation, including conduct likely to generate negative press.
7.12. We may cancel, delay, or restart Competitions at our discretion, and will make reasonable attempts to provide alternative prizes.
7.13. Personal data collected for Competitions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For Competition enquiries, contact: loadedsupport@fellasstudios.com. This address is managed by the Fellas Loaded support team and not linked to an individual employee.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or parts of it) without refund if you breach these Terms or harm our reputation or goodwill. You may not re register or use Fellas Loaded under a different username.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATION
9.1. We warrant only our entitlement to grant the rights set out in these Terms.
9.2. Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law:
9.2.1. Our liability, warranties, and remedies are limited to direct losses resulting from breach of the warranties stated in these Terms
9.2.2. Our liability is capped at the value of purchases made in the six months before the loss, or £10 if no purchases were made
9.2.3. All other representations, warranties, conditions, and terms are excluded except in cases of fraud
9.2.4. We are not liable for consequential loss, property damage, data loss, loss of goodwill, business loss, or loss of profit arising from use of Fellas Loaded
9.2.5. Fellas Loaded is for personal use only; we are not liable for commercial losses
9.2.6. We are not liable for modifications to Fellas Loaded not made by us
9.2.7. Fellas Loaded is provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties
