Specific Rules
1. The Whatnot promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Couple Keys Limited trading as The Fellas Studios (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Tuesday 9th December 2025 to Wednesday 21st January 2026
on The Fellas Podcast (Youtube.com/@thefellas). The Fellas Studios is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Whatnot Europe Limited and the ‘Prize Provider’ is The Fellas Studios.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must click the link in the description of the The Fellas Podcast episode to the Whatnot website or scan the QR code to download the Whatnot app. To gain one entry into the Promotion, you must sign up to Whatnot and comment your username in the YouTube comments. To gain two entries into the Promotion, you must also spend the £10 free credit while on the app or website.
4. The Promotion will run across two The Fellas Podcast episodes, posted on YouTube on Tuesday 9th December and Monday 22nd December 2025. Entry to the Promotion closes on Wednesday 21st January 2026.
5. Entrants must be new subscribers to Whatnot and must not have an existing account in order for their entry/ies to be valid.
6. Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.
7. We also reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe that you are making or have made multiple entries by phone by using a computer system, using automated dialling technology or by any other method which could or does result in you exceeding the maximum number of entries permitted under these Specific Terms.
8. If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one Whatnot account or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions.
9. 30 days after the close of the Promotion (21st January 2026), all eligible entries from the 9th of December to the 21st January 2026 will be entered into a draw and one entry will be selected at random. The selected entry must be eligible and not have been made in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. One of our representatives will contact the winner via their YouTube/ Instagram account sourced from the comment section. If we do not hear from the winner within 7 days, we will select another entrant to participate in the Promotion and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you, as applicable. If the entry is ineligible, we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another entrant, as applicable.
10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Promotion Partner and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the awarding, receipt, or use of any prize. Entrants waive all right to, and hold Promotion Partner harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS IN YOUR JURISDICTION. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. FOR EU RESIDENTS, YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION LEGISLATION ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS.
Eligibility:
11. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
12. Entry is restricted to two entries per person as per clause 3; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.
13. Only one name and username may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, usernames and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends.
14. Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the username you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you.
Prize:
15. One winning entrant will receive a Nintendo Switch 2.
16. The prize will be delivered by post within 30 days of the winner providing their full and correct delivery details.
17. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, Nintendo Switch games are not included within the prize.
18. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
19. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
21. Your personal data that you provide when you enter this Promotion will be collected by our Promotion Partner on its platform and shared with the Promoter so that it can verify entries, select the winner and arrange delivery of the prize. Your personal data will be processed by the Promotion Partner and Promoter and if applicable, their service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. The Promoter may also collect additional personal data directly from you (for example your delivery details and, if needed, proof of identity) in order to verify your eligibility and fulfil the prize. Your personal data may also be disclosed to Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
22. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy which set out full details of how they process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood these policies before entering any Promotion.
23. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from the Promotion Partner and/or the Promoter when you enter this Promotion. Any marketing you choose to receive will be handled by the relevant party in accordance with its own privacy policy, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe methods described in that policy.
24. The Promotion Partner and the Promoter may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK, they will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.
25. When you enter this Promotion, the Promoter will retain the personal data it receives from our Promotion Partner only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion, and comply with any legal or regulatory requirements, after which it will be securely deleted. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing loadedsupport@fellasstudios.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of the Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
